Griffith will not let Gutts leave without a fight. He says that Gutts belongs to him. With a single swing of his sword, Gutts defeats Griffith by cutting through his sword and leaves the Hawks. Later on, Griffith seduces Charlotte in her room and is caught by a miad. He was then sentenced to imprisonment.
