A Creature Head

After seeing cool models by Nickz, one of the great 3d modellers. I tried to model one creature I found on his website in order to practice my sculpting skill in ZBrush. I'm plannign to use this to complete the himmapan project as well.

The process

1. I started off by doing the entire mdel using Zsphere

2. Here is the head ZSphere for the creature. I started to concentrate on the head area and get the proportion right.

3. Once I created the adaptive skin for the zSpheres, I'm now ready for some sculpting action.

4. Then I converted it to polymesh in order to sculpt it further using regular tools + projection master. This is the result of the practice:

Let met know what you think about the head. :)

Thank you for all your comments :) This merely is an excercise. I'll try to improve from this point onward. :) Hopefully next project will be a cool one.

G'day Youngkiat, I came across one of your comments from a blog and decided to give your blogs a visit.

You seem to have a good grasp of Z-Brush there. I'm looking foward to see what else you produce. :)
